Just two weeks into joining Spiralogics, I found myself at Dream Palace in Tokha, Kathmandu, for a one-day, one-night outing that turned out to be more magical than I could have imagined. It wasn't just an event; it was a gateway to new friendships and unforgettable memories.

Getting to Dream Palace before everyone else had its perks. There was a certain thrill in the air as I waited for the team, and soon, the venue came alive with the sounds of early birds who arrived to set up a sound system for what promised to be an incredible evening. What better way to break the ice than a game of cricket? Laughter echoed as we bonded over a game we played in the small area.

As the official onset of the outing, we were treated to a series of entertaining programs. From the laughter-inducing "Never Have I Ever" to the charming introduction of recently joined members, the atmosphere was alive with anticipation. Playing the snake game was a blast, despite our team not being able to win. At the corner, a Christmas tree was adorned with gifts, building up excitement.

When my turn came during the gift exchange, the joy of unwrapping a classic board game – Monopoly – was off the charts. There's something special about receiving a timeless and engaging gift that made the moment unforgettable.

Bingo brought unexpected laughs. It was quite challenging to hustle with four Bingo cards. It didn't help either that the numbers seemed to have a life of their own, dancing before my eyes. Let's just say, concentration became a bit of a challenge, fueled by the friendly spirit in the air.

The outing was blessed with countless performances from greatly talented people. From Niket Dai's heartfelt poetry to the energetic dance performances by Muskan, Mehendi, Saugat, and Milan, the outing was filled with talent and creativity. Unfortunately, I missed a performance battle organized by the dev team due to a brief intermission under the influence.

As the night wound down, people went their separate ways. Some called it a night, while others opted for a more extended experience, enjoying late-night jams with singing and guitar strumming.

The next morning brought a serene calmness as conversations continued, reflecting on the memorable night. We parted ways after having a yummy breakfast buffet.

A big shout out to the Communication team for orchestrating the event that felt more like a gathering of friends than a formal outing. Dream Palace wasn't just a venue; it became the backdrop for a night that kickstarted enduring connections and cherished memories.
