Position Summary:

Spiralogics is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to expand adoption of the company’s custom software solutions and emerging AI offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the executive team to meet and exceed organizational sales targets.

This role will focus on attracting new clients for custom software development services and our proprietary ai solution. This role includes identifying potential customers, understanding customer needs, and promoting the company’s products through a combination of cold calling, lead generation, and strategic follow-ups. Success in this role will rely on effective communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and proven ability in relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business across service categories.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections and tailor solutions to client pain points.
  • Prepare concise and accurate proposals and reports for executive‑level presentations.
  • Build and document sales activities in the company’s CRM system and produce regular pipeline and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage administrative tasks such as scheduling client calls and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to position offerings that meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in custom software.
  • Proven track record as a custom software sales representative, sales administrator or sales support agent.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Teams and spreadsheets to manage data.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills - excellent written communication for proposals and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with custom software development, digital transformation, and emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML).
  • Ability to identify and travel to trade shows or client meetings.

Compensation:

Base salary + recurring commission + benefits.
