Dot NET Developer [Support Role]

We are currently looking for a mid-level Dot NET developer willing to work during US business hours (EST/PST). The candidate will work closely with our support team to troubleshoot production issues and ensure the reliability and performance of our .NET based systems. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications, particularly in the health care domain. Job Description:

• Provide technical support for applications and related services.
• Analyze application logs, exceptions to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop, maintain high-quality software following the company's coding policies and standards.
• Collaborate with BA, developers, QA specialists, and UI designers to create a high-quality experience.
• Willing to guide the team and provide proper feedback.
• Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
• Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Active participation in the code review process.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in .NET Framework technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Experience in MVC 5, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Razor, and jQuery.
• Experience in Xamarin and XAML is highly preferred.
• Ability to write, understand, and troubleshoot T-SQL and design MS SQL Server objects.
• Experience with optimization and tuning an MS SQL Server is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and designs.
• Experience in source control tools like SVN, TFS, GIT, etc.
• Experience with Project Management Tools like Redmine, JIRA, Trello, etc.
• The candidate should know clean Architecture.
• Work-Experience greater than 3 years.
• Experience in Azure is preferred.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.
• Currently working from home, need to work with an Offshore team mostly in US business hours (EST/PST).
• Time management and communication are very important factors.
